A high-profile enterprise organisation is looking to engage a Senior Service Delivery Manager, on a long-term contract, to lead the delivery of Telecommunications carrier related services.

The Opportunity

Your role will be to engage with the external telco service providers to improve the delivery of their services, such as data, fixed voice, mobile, satellite, etc, which will include understanding their SLA's and key performance indicators, as well as the commercial arrangements in place, to drive efficiencies.

As a senior manager, your role will be to think strategically around future engagements and look to improve the relationships between internal and external stakeholders and teams around the key deliverables, as well as looking at reliability and cost efficiencies that can be created.

What we're looking for in you

To be successful in this role, we're looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience of working with telecommunication services providers, such Optus, Telstra, TPG, etc., and posses a strong background in contract management and understanding of commercial arrangements.

You will be a collaborative and supportive leader with ability to engage at all levels of the business, and have the experience of driving and enhancing service delivery performance to ensure high-quality outcomes and cost-effective and reliable services.
