A NSW Government department undergoing significant growth and transformation is seeking an experienced Trainer to support the rollout of a new Case Management System built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. This short-term contract, based in the Sydney CBD, will play a key role in ensuring staff capability and confidence as the department transitions to a modernised digital environment.

In this role, you will deliver engaging instructor-led training, focusing on system navigation, workflows, and Microsoft 365 integrations (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook). You will develop tailored training materials, including user guides, reference cards, and scenario-based exercises to equip staff with the skills required to use the platform effectively. You will also quickly develop an understanding of the department’s specialised business processes and translate them into clear, practical learning content.
The position will involve running demonstrations, hands-on workshops, process walkthroughs, and post-training support sessions. Your ability to simplify complex information and adapt your delivery style to a diverse group of learners will be essential for success.
