Project Manager

Our client, a Leading NSW Government Department are looking for a  Project Manager  to join their CBD team on a contract until the end of financial year with potential for an extension.

Primary purpose of the role
The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects meet objectives and are delivered in line with an agreed plan and that the budget is effectively managed. This role will support Project Owner, focusing on governance and reporting, planning, project finance and coordination with other projects.

The role will involve leading the following projects

• Lead the following projects:

• Major upgrade to TRIM from v8.6 to v9.4

• Major upgrade of Chris21 to iChris

Key accountabilities

• Develop all project documentation, including scope, requirements, resource plan, risk registers and reporting

• Confirming the sequencing of these projects to ensure they can be delivered logically and key dependencies are known

• Work in a virtual team with ICT staff, business stakeholders and vendors

• Manage the vendor relationship

• Implement the UAT process, including development of use cases

• Implement a data cleansing process where required
