This role leads the approval process through the internal and external stage gates of a significant business case for a technology/enterprise application refresh. This includes quality assurance of the business case documentation. It supports the Program Director on the completion of Business Case deliverables and management through the stage gate assurance activities.

The role requires NSW Government experience and knowledge of the business case approval and assurance process within government.

Skills & Experience
  • Significant experience in Project/Program Assurance in multi division, multi vendore complex environments - government a definite advantage
  • Proven experience in managing business case assurance activities through required approval stage gates in government and/or large and complex organisations
  • Demonstrated experience in project, program or PMO management on large scale transformation initiatives
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to deliver to tight deadlines
  • Experience with EWM (Enterprise Workforce Management) solution is highly regarded
  • Relevant tertiary and/or professional qualifications
