As a Digital Technical Support Officer, you will get the opportunity to work alongside a vibrant group of talented digital professionals in a new and exciting project to deliver engaging and accessible websites all across New South Wales.

You will be one of the key support points between for internal and external customers. You will effectively review, manage and priories incoming support tickets and calls.

You will contribute to the smooth function of these sites through your knowledge of digital practices.

What you’ll need to have:
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal to ensure you provide excellent Customer Service experience.
  • Previous experience working in an IT support environment with frontline and excellent Problem-solving skills
  • Content Management System (CMS) experience - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5.5
  • Mobile APP support experience – IOS
  • Dealing with a high demanding customer on a support phone line and ticketing system
  • Being responsible for the completion of job tickets from start to finish.
  • Record and track all customer support issues through our ticketing system
  • Create support documentation and maintain knowledge base systems
  • An understanding of the digital space and how to most effectively utilise its potential.
  • Relevant education or 2-3 years experience in a role such as Digital products support, CMS Administrator, and IT Service Desk.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge in these tools – Jira, Zendesk, Adobe experience manager (AEM)
  • Taking ownership from start to finish of major incident and working with multiple technical teams
  • Writing documentation and also help guides to non-technical users
  • Past Digital Producer experience is an advantage
