Agile BA - customer centric digital solutions

This is a key role with long term prospects within the Digital Mobility team and  is part of one for the Scrum teams. The BA will collaborate with other scrum teams, business and technology stakeholders, product owners for the development of customer centric digital solutions and capabilities. Solutions include leading technologies such as AI, Augmented Reality etc. Strong experience in agile development practices using Scrum is required.

Skills and Experience:

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst using Agile / Scrum methodology in digital solution development

• Experience in the design thinking process and UX/UI

• Strong functional and non-functional requirements analysis and development of technical specifications for web, mobile developers and user experience designers

• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills and the ability to assist business with advise such as backlog prioriation etc

• Strong experience in a digital development environment with the ability to engage developers and testers in detailed technical discussions

• Understanding of digital concepts, theories and technologies, specifically mobility, process automation and data analytics.

• Relevant Tertiary degree and/or cerifications - Scrum.org preferred
