Be part of this impressive audit team in this medium sized Financial Services Group. You will report directly to the CAE and oversee, coach and mentor a small team of Auditors. Experience in Financial Services audit (internal or external) is essential.
Duties and responsibilities:
Analysing and identifying ongoing audit matters;
Reporting on audit matters to senior management;
Execute the strategic and detailed audit plan;
Prepare and execute risk/control assessments;
Assist in the prepare and execute audit reports;
Assist in special project activity;
Oversee and manage a small team of staff.
Your background:
Degree qualified with either a CA / ACCA / CPA / CIA or CISA;
Currently/Past in Big 4 / Chartered with at least 5 years external / risk or internal audit experience;
Experience in Financial Services is essential;
Experience in either WM / Life Insurance / General Insurance or Re-Insurance is a distinct advantage;
Have a “can do” attitude with healthy ambition;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Have gained recent Australian experience.
