We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Professional Services firm, that partners with clients in the Government / Industry and Financial Services sectors. The vacancy of Audit Manager is a newly created position based on exponential growth and an impressive pipeline of work. As a Manager in their Internal Audit team, you’ll lead complex audit & risk engagements, guide junior staff, and assist in proposal writing and ad hoc duties.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and lead the end-to-end delivery of internal audit programs and some risk reviews.
Identify improvement opportunities for clients’ internal controls and risk frameworks, where applicable considering regulatory standards and assist in proposal writing.
Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact, attending client meetings and presenting audit findings.
Supervise and mentor team members, supporting their development and performance.
Collaborate with colleagues across IT Audit / Technology Risk / Infrastructure and Cyber Security service lines.

What You’ll Bring
4+ years of experience in internal audit, risk or assurance, ideally from the Chartered sector or the Profession.
Professional qualifications (e.g., CA / ACCA / CPA CIA / CISA) and a solid understanding of auditing in a consulting environment.
A commercial mindset and ability to spot opportunities for  value-add service.
Strong time / engagement management and communication skills.
A team-first mindset and commitment to delivering work that makes a difference.
