Join a highly regarded Internal Audit function within a prominent Financial Services group known for its high-performing team, collaborative culture, and exceptional leadership. Following a strategic restructure, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Audit Manager to lead and deliver a variety of audits across IT, Cybersecurity, Projects, and Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver audits across a broad spectrum including:
- IT General Controls (ITGC), Cybersecurity, Application Controls, User Access Management.
- Project audits (Agile), PMO reviews with a solid understanding of project lifecycle and delivery/delivered risks.
- Supplier/vendor audits (e.g. ISO27001, SOC2); familiarity with CPS 231 and CPS 234 is beneficial.
- Operational and business process audits across Financial Services (Banking, Wealth, Insurance) and Corporate Functions (Finance, Payroll, etc.).

Ensure audits are completed on time and in alignment with the annual audit plan.
Provide coaching and oversight for junior team members; review and sign off audit work.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and co-sourced audit partners.
Represent Internal Audit in closing meetings and strategic discussions with business leaders.

About You:
Recent IT Audit experience (internal or external), ideally within Financial Services, Big 4, or corporate environments.
Experience or interest in business and operational audits.
Professional qualifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CA, ACCA, or CIA are advantageous.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven people leadership experience, with a strategic mindset and proactive, value-adding approach.
