We are seeking experienced Digital Business Analysts with strong UX and Human-Centred Design (HCD) experience to support a large-scale digital transformation program. These roles are highly visible and time-critical, supporting the digitisation of complex, manual, paper-based processes into intuitive digital solutions used by external end users and internal delivery teams.
You will work closely with a highly engaged Product Owner, UX specialists, delivery partners and a broader BA team to translate real user needs into high-quality digital outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Lead BA and a team of four Business Analysts
  • Translate complex business processes into future-state digital solutions
  • Elicit, analyse and document outcomes, needs, pain points and constraints
  • Develop epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items
  • Create process maps, BPMN diagrams and business process documentation
  • Partner closely with UX designers using strong HCD and design thinking approaches
  • Represent user needs throughout delivery and ensure traceability to outcomes
  • Work with delivery partners, translating business needs into implementable solutions
Skills & experience required
  • Strong experience as a Digital Business Analyst
  • Proven UX and HCD experience, including:
o User research and stakeholder interviews
o Identifying user pain points and needs
o Translating insights into digital product features
  • Experience working in complex, ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with confident presence
  • Ability to influence, manage expectations and maintain strong relationships
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running
