MUST HAVE : 3-4 years Dayforce / Training experience
Our Client is seeking Dayforce Functional Consultant/Business Analyst to support their HRIS program. A subject matter expert (SME) who can train business stakeholders on all Dayforce modules.
Primary Skills:
- 3-4 years Dayforce experience in all modules
- Functional Consultant/Business Analyst, ensuring comprehensive understanding Dayforce System.
- Lead training and workshop sessions and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders
- Expert guidance and insights to the business stakeholders
- Experience in participating in requirements gathering workshops (planning, leading and meeting documentation)
- Experience in delivering product training, both one-to-one and in small groups.
- Experience in writing user requirements and specification for development.
