Description:
Our client a leading NSW Government Department have 7 month contract (with potential for extension) available for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Officer to join their CBD team.

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Officer will be reporting to International Student Conversion & Admissions Lead and is responsible for triaging, analysing and responding to enrolment enquiries in order to refer these on to the Admissions Support Officers. The position will also maintain, grow and continuously improve the CRM system into a direct sales channel for the student recruitment team.

Day
to Day Duties:
  • Interrogate the CRM system on the success of lead generation activities by measuring shifts in key metrics and provide data, analytics and on-going contact with international students.
  • Analyse CRM requests in order to determine the most efficient customer service approach (i.e. provision directly to the Recruitment team and Admissions Support Officers or to the Admissions and Conversion Specialist).
  • Build, grow and market to a database of International student alumni to engage and develop them as brand ambassadors.
  • Maintain a working relationship and build rapport with the marketing team to ensure the CRM system works effectively and is integrated with the Student Management System (SMS).
  • Respond to Customer Relationship Management Database (CRM) matters to mitigate delays in responding to student enquiries and impacting on the overall student experience.
  • Reflect the institutes values in the way you work and abide by policies and procedures to ensure a safe, healthy and inclusive work environment.
  • Place the customer at the centre of all decision making.
  • Work with the Line Manager to develop and review meaningful performance management and development plans.
Profile
  • MUST have full Australian working rights (WHVS not accepted)
  • Able to pass a police check
  • Current WWCC
  • Educational qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills
  • Prior experience international relations and education highly desirable
