About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Ticketing & Asset Coordinator to support the delivery of Vivid Sydney, one of Australia’s largest and most high-profile cultural events.
  • This role is responsible for managing ticketing operations and customer service across Vivid Sydney–produced and third-party events, while also providing operational and marketing support to the broader Vivid Sydney team.
  • The role will commence on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week) from February to April, transitioning to full-time hours from May to June during peak event delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ticketing for Vivid Sydney–produced events and third-party event owners using approved ticketing platforms
  • Plan and manage Front of House (FOH) systems onsite at Vivid Sydney events
  • Provide ticketing administration, reporting and data support
  • Deliver high-quality customer service across multiple event touchpoints
  • Support onsite event delivery, including bump-in, live event period and bump-out
  • Attend and contribute to internal and external stakeholder meetings
  • Assist with the collection of post-event reporting deliverables from third-party event owners, working closely with Destination NSW research teams
  • Provide general operational and marketing support to the Vivid Sydney team as required

About You
  • To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Proven experience in ticketing coordination, event operations or box office roles
  • Experience supporting large-scale events, festivals or public activations
  • Familiarity with event ticketing platforms and onsite FOH systems
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours during event delivery periods
  • Experience working within NSW Government, Destination NSW, DCS, councils or large public sector environments will be highly regarded.
