Our client has a focus to transform the way they deliver excellence and innovation. We have an immediate need for a Senior Business Analyst with Enterprise Records Management experience to undergo an exciting program of work.

Reporting to the Senior PM, the project focus will initially be around business requirements to support new ways of working. The role will join the Enterprise Records Management team and business stakeholders across the organization to assist with developing, embedding, and complying with technology that supports information and records management.
 
The five stages of the records life cycle include creation, distribution, maintain, disposition, and preservation. These stages collectively enable effective records management by ensuring systematic organisation, compliance with policies, timely disposal of obsolete records, and preservation of vital information.
 
Relevant experience in records or document management is mandatory for this role.   
 
A typical day will include:
  • Facilitate and gather functional requirements from the business to establish the key needs and challenges from a business and technical perceptive
  • Assist stakeholders by providing information and data knowledge as well as advice and guidance relating to record management
  • Work with business and technology SME's
