Are you looking to join a organisation embarking on major business and technology transformation?

We’re seeking a mid-level Change Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering business, risk and technology change across this financial services organisation. You’ll be the specialist guiding E2E projects through change impact assessments, readiness planning, stakeholder/ communication engagement, and risk uplift initiatives.
Working with the Senior Change Manager and Change Lead, this is a fantastic opportunity to support and influence strategic priorities, embed risk and compliance improvements, and ensure smooth adoption of change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Drive change impact assessments and readiness planning.
Develop and deliver change communication strategies.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, technical teams, and executives.
Provide specialist advice to inform project scope and delivery cadence.
Support risk management and governance implementation.
Maintain stakeholder engagement registers and change awareness resources.
Prepare reports and updates for executive leadership.
Ensure project documentation meets organisational standards.

What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 5 years dedicated to E2E projects Change Management, Risk Management, and/or transformation.
Proficiency in change management and project management tools and software.
Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
Familiarity with risk management, compliance, and governance principles
Ideally a APMG Practitioner or Prosci Certification 
Financial Services or relevent industry experience
Attributes: curiosity, resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in dynamic but maturing environments.
