IMMEDIATE - Senior Records Manager - NSW Govt. experience  - AUD 900 - 1000 plus super  (per day) - till March '26 -  NSW Govt. Project
Senior Records Manager
Initial contract        :   March '26
Working                   :    ( Hybrid)
Location                   :   Burwood or Macquarie Park
Pay Rate         : $900 - 1100 + super
Hours of Work        : 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week

MUST HAVE :
- The role requires SME in Information and Records Management (IRM). 
- Extensive experience leading a records and information team, preferably in government and / or large organisation
- Extensive and deep understanding of records management requirements under the NSW State Records Act

Responsibility
- This vacant role is for a senior, experienced, Records / Information Leader and SME.
- The role plays a vital role in identifying and developing solutions for managing highest risk records 
- Managing extensive paper holdings, and managing a team of 20 staff.
- Ensuring legislative compliance through annual audit (due March 2026)
- Driving ongoing sustainable governance through updated assessment tools
- Ensuring records compliance is consistent with fast-moving digital transformation, providing expert advice
- Ensuring systems support vital / high risk records being preserved and archived, provide expert advice and recommendations
