Change Manager to join a multi year integration project, this role requires someone with financial services experience, ideally worked on M&A, Divestment or integration projects.

Your responsibilities:
  • The change plan has not been developed yet for an integration program, this role requires someone to develop the change plans.
  • This role will be a split between hands on delivery and strategic oversight – someone who can build then execute, change impact plans.
  • Planning out what needs to happen, sequencing change, working with stakeholders – and the other half is rolling up their sleeves to actually make it happen.
  • This is an organisational change project around people and ways of working 
Your skills:
  • You will have worked in Change for 5 + years, experience working on organisational project
  • Experience developing change plans and impact assessements
  • Financial services experience is a must have
  • Ideal experience working on an Merge & Aquisition, intgegration or divestment projects
12 month contract
Day rate: up to $900 including super
