IMMEDIATE - SAP HCM Tech Director - AUD 1200 - 1300 + super (per day) - NSW Govt Project

Role Title: HCM Technical Director
Location: Paramatta and Redfern NSW (Flexible with 2-3 days in office per week)
Contract: 12 months (high likelihood of extensions)
MUST HAVE: HCM, SAP SuccessFactors , Business Technology Platform (BTP) solution

The Technical Director is supported by a team of up to 25 team members in addition to supplier resources. The successful candidate will lead recruitment activities to fill these roles, in conjunction with the Program Director.

Overview
  • Oversee all technical aspects of the HCM Program, including bespoke solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the program’s leadership team, including partnering with the Business Transformation
  • Lead a team of diverse technical resources, providing guidance, support, and leadership.
  • Ensure technical deliverables meet requirements and are delivered within quality standards
  • Manage key relationships with external system vendors that will integrate with the SAP SuccessFactors and Business - Technology Platform (BTP) solution.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and protocols related to SAP SuccessFactors and BTP.

Primary Skills
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working in senior technical roles on HCM program/projects.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, diverse technical teams and delivering successful program/projects.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering outcomes in a business led transformation environment.
  • Strong and broad technical skills, including expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, SAP BTP, BTP-I and SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA.
