Our NSW State Government client is looking for a process improvement consultant to establish and improve the way the organisation works from technical projects to a operational standpoint. The team is looking to improve current processes including large automation processes, major transformations and operational changes to gain efficiency and setting it up with the successful running of proof of concepts for solutions, the premises, engaging the right parties and defining the problem (problems statements with more matrix, objectives, etc.).

What are we looking for?
  • Tech savvy consultant who is very open-minded and understands the end to end process of infrastructure, applications, cloud, and automation 
  • Extensive experience in leading the design, development and execution of process improvement frameworks
  • Strong business-oriented product mindset with technology exposure.
  • Previous experience working on the SDLC starting from requirements to conversion in terms of implementation to commercialisation
