IMMEDIATE - Senior HR - People and Culture - 6 months - AUD 600 - 800 ex super - NSW Govt Project
Location                     :   Sydney CBD
Initial contract             :   6 months
Working                     :   Hybrid ( 2-3 days in office )
 
MUST HAVE  : HR / HR Policy / Government experience
 
Skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience working with HR policies, practices, and systems,
- Preferably within a public sector or government environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with business leaders, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, meet deadlines, and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred/Highly Regarded
- Experience in the public sector or government context is an advantage, given the role’s likely engagement with specific policies, regulations, and frameworks in that environment.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant HR experience is preferred, especially in roles involving business partnering or organisational development
