High-profile public sector organisation based in the CBD are looking to engage a P&C Administrator on a PART-TIME basis (3 days a week) for 12 months.

Working in a supportive and collaborative P&C team, you will provide HR and Recruitment activities to support onboarding and induction activities of new staff into the organisation.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in Recruitment administration. This will include posting job adverts, assisting with the candidate application process, scheduling interviews with stakeholders, organising reference checks and drafting offer letter where needed.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience liaising with hiring managers, recruitment agencies and candidates.
  • General HR / Recruitment administration experience - onboarding, induction, exit procedures, purchase orders, reporting, record keeping, etc.
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills & attention to detail are essential.
