IMMEDIATE - Employee Relations Business Partner - 6 months - AUD 600 - 800 ex super - NSW Govt Project
Location                     :   Sydney CBD
Initial contract             :   6 months
Working                     :   Hybrid ( 2-3 days in office )
 
MUST HAVE  : Employee and Industrial Relations / Policy / Union Engagement

Overview
The Employee Relations Business Partner is a newly created role designed to build internal capability and support complex employee and industrial relations matters. It sits within People & Culture and aligns with ongoing workforce and transformation priorities

Skills
Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills in industrial relations.
Knowledge of employee and industrial relations, including industrial instruments and Enterprise Agreements.
Proven negotiation skills, with experience resolving conflicts and leading enterprise bargaining.
Ability to advise and coach leaders, develop ER frameworks, and represent the organisation in tribunals.
Experience liaising with unions and managing industrial relations risks.
Skilled in using data to drive change and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:
Experience in large or public sector organisations.
Familiarity with interest-based bargaining.
