Due to ongoing demand we have an opportunity for a Senior Business Analysts with User Access Management (IAM / UAM) to commence a long term engagement with the view to extend.  Hybrid working of 2 days in the office.

The IAM Business Analyst is responsible for driving the high-level information (business) security requirements, frameworks and other best practices, enabling the business to minimise information security risk and efficiently respond to incidents.

Key accountabilities:
  • Identify stakeholders and collect business, functional, non-functional, & security requirements
  • Define business need, assess capability gap, and define solution approach
  • Define product backlog, epic, user story, and story points
  • Manage solution scope and prioritise requirements (product backlog management)
  • Collect and document “as-is” processes, application features / integrations
  • Define access request, approval, and fulfilment workflows
  • Design business and application roles based on current entitlements and business requirements
  • Coordinate & collaborate with other teams to ensure system built as designed
  • Implement data conversion requirements
  • Ensure applications deployed into production as designed
  • Participate in go-live activity to ensure successful production environment
Essential requirements:
  • 7+ years experience performing as a Senior Business Analyst
  • 5+ years in Identity and Access Management domain
  • Full understanding of user access lifecycle and authentication processes.
  • Past experience in/or  SUAM, IAM and Identity & Access Management systems will be highly regarded
  • Jira and confluence
