Our client is a leading specialist advisory firm dedicated to helping businesses improve performance, manage risk, and achieve stability and growth, is looking to appoint an experienced risk management professional with a professional services background.

Role Overview:

As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and documenting firm-wide risks and associated internal controls. You will maintain comprehensive risk registers and provide expert support on queries related to contractual terms, conditions variations, and confidentiality agreements with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support on queries related to contractual terms, conditions variations, and confidentiality agreements with clients.
  • Maintain and integrate the firm’s risk policy framework, oversee policy reviews, and update risk registers.
  • Develop and implement an annual Risk Management Plan.
  • Contribute to national and local Induction and Learning & Development (L&D) programs.
  • Participate in the Quality Review Program and other internal compliance/audit initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Australian Financial Services license and ISO 9001 certification.
  • Coordinate relationships with insurers for insolvency engagement coverage and provide administrative support for the Professional Indemnity renewal process.
Who You Are:
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree, with a legal background being highly desirable.
  • Possess experience in professional services.
  • Familiar with international standards for risk management and quality.
  • Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present high-quality, concise information and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
