A leading organisation with clinical and corporate operations across Australia is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager to build and embed a modern, centralised WHS function. This newly created role offers significant scope to influence culture, uplift capability and strengthen wellbeing and psychosocial safety across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a group‑wide Health, Safety & Wellbeing Strategy
  • Establish WHS systems, policies and reporting processes
  • Lead psychosocial safety and wellbeing initiatives
  • Strengthen incident reporting, investigations and compliance
  • Build WHS capability across leaders and teams
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety
  • 5–7+ years’ WHS leadership experience in healthcare or other regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of WHS legislation and psychosocial risk obligations
  • Proven experience building WHS frameworks from the ground up
  • Skilled communicator with strong stakeholder engagement capability
