Content Writer

Our client a Leading NSW Government Department are looking for an Content Writer to join their team on a contract until  October with potential for  an extension.

This position is being filled to ensure adequate resources are available for the completion of the Education Quality Program. The role is to work with Education Quality Coaches to develop resources in Moodle to support teachers in demonstrating their competency and currency.

Experience:
Experience in instructional Design and the development and delivery of training programs and products.
Proven experience in applying adult learning principles and pedagogic strategies in design of on-line learning materials to ensure the achievement of specific learning outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist the capability projects currently in development with expertise and skills in building

• content for online information and virtual delivery

• Collaborate with Education Quality project Coaches and other Managers to develop, deliver and maintain engaging capability programs and instructionally designed products for the Organisations staff, using innovative learning strategies and blended learning approaches.

• Assist in the design of capability development programs and products to meet specific training needs of staff

• Recommend appropriate options and solutions to meet identified training requirements order to be suitable for this role you will have

• Experience i and tertiary qualifications in the field

• Experience in building Educational Learning for Adult learners

• Government Experience desirable but not essential

• Graphic Design and Animation Experince
