Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is emabarking on a major transformation program with multiple streams.  We are seeking a Senior Change Manager who will understand the program's broader change strategy and will design, align and execute the change plan for a major stream of the program.

To be a success in this role you will have experience delivering the following:
  • Change Management: develop and manage the change plan to deliver the agreed capabilities and realise the business benefits within agreed scope, time and budget. Deliver change artefacts such as stakeholder matrices and impact assessments.
  • Change readiness: ensure stakeholders and users are ready, willing and able to receive and embed the change - identify, monitor and report on issues and/or problems associated with the change including challenging and influencing project team members and stakeholders as required to enable the successful achievement of change deliverables and benefits.
  • Communications: create and execute internal communications plan in support of a dedicated Communications Manager and align with broader comms team.
You must bring 3-7 years of change management experience working on large and complex programs of work (regulatory change/process change/technology change) within financial services organisations.  Experience on Agile projects compulsory.  There may be an opportunity to grow the role to include leadership of a small team.
