This organisation is an extraordinary success story. With revenues now in excess of Ten billion dollars, they have grown from a medium sized corporate into a major enterprise. We are currently seeking a Trading User Support Engineer to join their Sydney IT Team.

Skills & Experience required:
  • Experience with Windows and Linux
  • Excellent Active Directory and MS Exchange Skills
  • Experience troubleshooting all aspects of mobility, including Windows Laptops, MDM Solutions and remote connectivity, VPN
  • Troubleshooting all aspects of Apple Computers, Mac OS, iPhones and iPads
  • Ability to troubleshoot WebEx, Zoom, Blue Jeans and Video Conference technologies
  • Experience supporting Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
  • Ability to troubleshoot desktop hardware, periperals and printers
  • Previous Trading Support Experience
  • Excellent MS Office Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or equivalent industry experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
