About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Test Manager with a strong background in HR systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing test processes, ensuring the quality and reliability of HR software solutions, leading a team of testers and contributing to the business acceptance phase. This role is crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest standards and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end testing process for HR systems, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts based on system requirements and design specifications.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and testing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
  • Mentor and manage a team of testers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience
  • Proven experience as a Test Manager or similar role, with a focus on HR systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including payroll, talent management, and employee self-service portals.
  • Excellent knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • ISTQB and Agile certifications.
