We’re looking for a Senior Java Developer to join one of our financial services clients. Your role will be focused around back-end development and API integration. You will be joining a state of the art Technology team that incorporates AWS architecture with Machine Learning models on a Big Data landscape.

This is an initial 6 Month contract with a view to extend offering attractive daily rates. If you’re experienced across the financial services space and are looking for your next senior role then this will be a great position for you!
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, development and testing of Java APIs
  • Setting up cloud infrastructure and deploying new services in the cloud
  • Ongoing management and support of the platform including capacity management, performance monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
 
Key Skills Required:
  • 5+ years of Java development experience using Spring and Spring Boot, with a firm understanding of microservice architecture
  • Good knowledge of AWS cloud technologies and provisioning
  • Experience with Continuous deployment and delivery (CI/CD) tools
  • Experience with scripting using Bash
  • Practical DevOps experience.
