Immediate contract role for a Senior BA with experience in Agile, Process Improvement and knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL service management .The role supports the optimisation of the Shared Service/employee portal based on the ServiceNow Platform. It is  responsible for detailed analysis and documentation of business requirements, current and future processes/process maps and workflows. Experience with Agile and with the Service Now platform/ITIL processor is required.

Experience and Skills required:

  • Extensive and demonstrated experience conducting analysis of business needs, processes and workflows across a complex shared services environment
  • Solid knowledge and experience in agile methodologies and tools
  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform and ITIL processes for service management/service management portals/self service
  • Outstanding documentation (requirement documents, process maps, workflows)
  • Very strong stakeholder engagement skills at all levels- business and technical
  • Experience with mobility platforms/applications
