Financial Services company who are going through a their CPS230 journey requires a Business Analyst to join the program.

Role Overview
  • Strong experience working on regulatory and risk programs, operational risk regulatory programs are ideal
  • Comfortable liaising between the business and the technology to define and document business and functional requirements
  • Confidence engaging with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver to plan.
  • Negotiate and build strong relationships with stakeholders. 
  • Managing key business stakeholders to ensure buy in and understanding of key outcomes.
  • Lead business engagement workshops.
  • Challenge the business on current ways of working and thinking to determine best target processes
Skills Overview
  • 5 + years experience as a Business Analyst, working on Risk and regulatory reform projects is a must for this role.
  • Experience in the finance or superannuation industry an advantage. 
  • Some familiarity with technical specifications or be able to understand source data.
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills. 
  • Ability to understand complex technical or business processes.
