My client sits within the Financial Services industry and is looking for a Senior Audit Manager (Credit Risk) to join the team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Undertake independent reviews of modelling, analytics and management practices relating to credit, capital, market and funding & liquidity risks across the business.
  • Provide technical support to internal audit teams by reviewing relevant models and quantitative techniques for management of non-financial risks.
  • Identify and document deficiencies in risk management practices, agree appropriate remediation plans and monitor their implementation.
  • Prepare detailed written workpapers and reports, including opinions on the effectiveness of risk management practices with a focus on calling out the things that matter.
Key skills:
  • 8 years of Financial Services industry experience, with a strong knowledge of, and capability across frameworks, systems and quantitative models used for management and quantification of credit risk, or other financial risk classes such as capital, market or funding & liquidity. 
  • Advanced use of SAS, R or Python is desirable. 
  • Someone who has covered Financial Crime 'Models and Stress Testing.
