My client is recruiting for a Quantitative Analyst to join their team! They are a well-known Financial Services organisation with an expanding team. 

Responsibilities:-

Conduct independent validation of models across the organisation, assessing methodology, implementation, and performance.
Review and challenge model assumptions, data inputs, documentation, and governance.
Prepare high-quality validation reports with clear, logical, and evidence-based findings.
Engage with model developers, business stakeholders, and senior leaders to communicate insights and recommendations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of model risk processes, tools, and frameworks.
Support broader Model Risk initiatives, driving uplift in risk culture and model governance across the organisation.

Your profile:-

Strong programming skills in SAS, SQL, R, or Python.
Experience in developing or validating mathematical, statistical, or machine learning models.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, structured reports.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable insights for stakeholders.
A curious, analytical, and problem-solving mindset, with the confidence to challenge constructively and independently.
