Our client is a well-regarded Consulting Firm based in Sydney, NSW. They are seeking the skills of ambitious, eager and passionate professionals with a background in IT Audit or Technology Risk within industry or chartered to join their high-performing and growing team.

The Technology Risk Manager will enjoy an exciting mix of work including Internal IT Audit,  GRC, IT Assurance, Technology Risk and AI assignments within some of Australia’s Top 100 listed entities across various industries as well as the public sector. You will work alongside Analysts / Graduates so some exp. to leadership is required.

This position will be involved in Risk Transformation, Business and Risk Resilience, Technology & Cyber Risk (NISST / E8 / ITIL / COBIT), Assurance , Compliance, Regulatory (CPS 220 / 230 / 231 / 234 / 235) and other related work. It offers an individual a broad range of exposure and learning opportunity.

To be considered for this vacancy, incumbents must have the following qualifications and experience:
  • Degree with either fully or party-qualified CA, CPA, ACCA, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM or ISO27001.
  • Must have at least 2 years' experience gained in Technology Risk, Assurance or IT Audit (Internal or External IT Audit) within consulting / profession or industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Influential with the ability to engage with stakeholders on various levels.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and within a team environment.
  • High energy, passion and natural drive to excel in a high performing environment.
