YOUR ROLE    
  
Join the Employee Relations project team and  support employees and managers with day-to-day queries in relation to Work Schedule and Timecard updates in UKG.  

Principal Responsibilities:

  • The support administrator, your will provide comprehensive support to users with the functional use of UKG, training of new users, and any problem shooting of issues encountered within the application.
  • You will be responsible for working with people managers to approve timesheets in readiness for Payroll Export each fortnight and processing of historical edits. 
  • You will work collaboratively across the payroll function to contribute to seamless end-to-end service delivery that is client orientated and outcomes focused.  

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:
  • Extensive experience in complex UKG multi-site industry   
  • Experience in Time & Attendance and Payroll system administration (UKG/SAP)
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills  
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel  
  • Ability work autonomously 
  • Experience interpreting modern awards and enterprise agreements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources is desirable.
