Welcome to 2021 where you can work remotely from anywhere! 

This one is based out of Melbourne so that's an obvious benefit but happy to have remote workers here (AEST with Australian work rights) - but as we are looking for people with skills in DNS, Domain Registration, Domain Name Services or Domain TLD (Top Level) experience is what will help you stand-out in this particular role. This is the Australian arm of a global registrant with offices on every major continent (as well as NZ of course). Working in a a team of 20 Australian based engineers this role offers you the chance to join the team as they acquire a brand new product to work on as well as their existing system AND a brand new program of work migrating all their services into AWS Lambda's for a global cloud uplift.

Technologies we are working with at the moment:
  • Java 8
  • Spring MVC, Boot, Security, Cloud, etc etc etc
  • REST Api architecture
  • Payment Integration
  • Jenkins for CICD automation
  • SOA and or microservice knowledge
  • Docker Containers
  • Extra: Any experience previously migrating away form PHP is a nice bonus for some legacy features but not needed at all.

Things we are looking to grow into & can give you exposure to:
  • Kotlin Microservices
  • AWS
  • Angular 4+ Typescript


This role comes with my personal reccomendation of a fantastic hiring manager who is quite open to discussion with his team, not to mention more than a few very friendly team members who love a drink after a long week and are highly collaborative in their daily activities. We would prefer candidates who have upwards of 5 years of experience working with Java systems, however i'm happy to look at more mid level options who are passionate and driven!
