Corporate Occupancy Portfolio Manager

Full-Time Salary$140,000 - $145,000 package
 
Position Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Corporate Occupancy Portfolio Manager to lead the management of the leased property portfolio and workplace occupancy planning. This role will focus on ensuring efficient space utilization, managing transitions, and delivering data-driven insights to support a high-performing corporate work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement occupancy strategies that support business goals and operational efficiency.
Lead space planning and allocation initiatives to ensure optimal use of space and alignment with workforce needs.
Analyze occupancy trends and data to identify opportunities for cost savings, space optimization, and strategic improvements.
Manage workplace transitions such as office relocations, consolidations, and reconfigurations in response to organizational change.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, landlords, property managers, and service providers.
Ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, and accessibility standards across all leased properties.
Maintain accurate lease and occupancy records, and generate reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Identify and implement continuous improvements in lease and occupancy processes to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in lease management, workplace strategy, and occupancy planning within a complex corporate environment.
Proficiency in lease and space management tools (e.g., CAFM/IWMS systems, data visualization platforms).
Strong understanding of workplace compliance standards, including health, safety, and accessibility regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
