Looking for a Content Designer who will work across a number of squads in an enterprise financial services organisation.
The role will involve leading the content strategy and copywriting by thinking broadly and strategically for a number of digital financial products.
This is a permanent role which can be either full-time or part-time, paying $120K - $130K + super (pro-rata).

As part of this role, you will be expected to:

  • Understand and define user-need based requirements for content (including marketing and task-based micro-copy) across digital experiences.
  • Define content strategy to support user needs and business outcomes across product and service silos
  • Analyse analytics and user feedback and develop content specific improvements to address user needs and business outcomes
  • Create and refine compelling content to support legibility, usability and outcomes of experiences.
  • Collaborate with, and influence, multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders in highly regulated environment (including technology and legal disciplines)
  • Manage and iterate multiple versions of content, through various stages of approval, including legal
Requirements:
  • Proven experience writing for digital experiences, with demonstrated ability to create content that is accessible, usable and outcome-driven.
  • Proven experience in using analytics and user feedback to define and improve content
  • Proven experience of managing relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in financial services and proven ability to explain financial topics to non-experts
  • Experience working closely with design teams to develop content alongside UX
  • Office location is Sydney CBD, with flexible working options available.
