Immediate contract roles for Change Consultants at Manager and Analyst level. These roles offer diversity and an opportunity to work across multiple digital technology projects at different stages of the change management life cycle.

At the Manager level the roles are focused on developing  the change strategy, plans and approach; on the Analyst level on producing and the artefacts and on execution to achieve adoption of new digital technology and services.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in delivering Change across the project change life cycle  and good understanding of digital technology solutions, products and services. A mixed background of Business Analysis, Project Management and Consulting in addition to Change is highly regarded. An agile mindset and attitude is a must to be successful.

Skills and experience required
  • Demonstrated experience developing and/or implementing successful change strategies, artefacts and activities in complex environments
  • Solid knowledge of digital communication channels and technologies
  • Previous experience in digital Business Analysis, Project Management and/or Consulting roles
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple initiatives and adapt to changing priorities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and engagement skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience with at least 8-10 years’ experience in business analysis.
