The Business Analyst will work across multiple projects for  Application Upgrades of COTS applications and platforms.

This includes applications such as Service Now, Records management and monitoring system such as Splunk.

Skills and experience required
  • Solid experience in end to end analysis and documentation skills including functional, technical and process improvement
  • Experience in application development, upgrades and migration including migration to Cloud
  • Solid experience in contemporary tools and methodologies - Agile, Waterfall; DevOps CI/CD ideal
  • Experience with COTS application and one or more of the following - O365 applications, Splunk, Opentext, Salesforce, records management etc
  • Experience across the BA life cycle in platform/application migration, upgrades, integration
  • A good understanding of testing  and test automation
  • A mix of application and infrastructure technology is ideal
  • Relevant tertiary or professional qualifications
