We are looking for a driven, humble yet competitive BDM to join our highly successful team selling HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to the Micro - SMB sector (2 - 50 FTE). You will have a proven track record in new business development and be confident in your own capability to self generate leads and to leverage relationships, networks and referrals. Previous industry experience is not necessary as there is an industry leading training program provided for the first 4 weeks.
Experience
Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience - this is the next step in your sales career!
Experience in values based & relationship selling, ideally selling subscriptions
Confident in engaging with Business Owners and HR Managers
Experience in building, managing and maintaining an active pipeline.

Guaranteed Year one Minimum Earnings of $120,000
Uncapped commissions resulting in an OTE of $160-180k Yr 1 and $250-350k Yr 2 onwards
