Paul is the General Manager of the Melbourne business and has recently returned to the recruitment industry after an 8 year hiatus in the HR technology space.
His recruitment career started back in 2007 as a Sales and Marketing recruiter within ManpowerGroup, a company where over 9 years his career grew to take in national and global leadership roles across contracting and perm recruitment, MSP, RPO and Statement of Work.
Within the HR Technology space, Paul worked for both Australian and US based start-ups, engaging with senior HR and Talent leaders across some of the leading Financial Services and Professional Service firms in the Asia Pacific region. His role as GM at Ethos will see him build and grow the Melbourne business.
