My client is a leading Financial Services organisation and they are looking for a Director to join their team, sitting across Technology Risk.

The role is based in Sydney / 2-3 days’ work from home / greenfield type environment / exciting / fast paced and challenging!

The role:
  • Work to mitigate IT Risks, develop and implement frameworks.
  • Oversee and manage Technology risks across the business.
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards pertaining to IT Risk.
  • Previous experience of uplifting risk maturity.
  • Manage a team of 5, mentoring, coaching, guiding etc. They will be your direct reports.
Your profile:
  • Heavy background in Technology Risk.
  • Extensive background in Financial Services in a senior position.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring staff.
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Think outside the box approach / innovative / collaborative.
