This large Australian financial organisation are currently building out there team and looking for a number of technical support engineers. They promote flexible working arrangements with flexible hours and work from home opportunities. They are looking for someone with 2+ years experience in a support position and have a willingness to learn the unique internal systems and applications 

The role

As a Technical Support engineer, you will:
  • Provide technical support for internal and external customers 
  • You will proactively ensure the management and resolution of customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Actively monitor and maintain customer connectivity for their critical systems
  • Experience with technical systems, protocols or infrastructure

As a Technical support engineer, you will have: 
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar technical support or service desk role 
  • An understanding of the Australian financial markets
  • Knowledge of Participant systems, operations and connectivity models across Front, Middle or Back Office environments
  • Previous exposure to CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
