This organisation based in Northern Sydney is an extraordinary success story, they have grown into a large enterprise and are now looking for a Technical Support Analyst with the following experience and responsibilities:

Skills & Experience required

  • Extensive experience within an End User Computing Environment
  • Experience working within an IT Service Management Environment
  • Excellent Windows, Active Directory and MS Exchange skills.
  • Excellent Office 365 Skills
  • Excellent IT Support skills across a multisourced organisation.
  • Ability to adapt and quickly learn and adopt new technologies as required.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
  • Understanding of business process implications of critical systems.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
  • Tertiary Qualifications highly desirable.
