Here are the key requirements and qualifications we're looking for:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher education level, preferably in an area with an analytic emphasis.
• Duck Creek boot camp training and certification is mandatory.

Experience:
•Proficiency in 8.x Policy Active Delivery and Billing modules, including DevOps practices and automated testing with relevant tooling.
• Strong understanding of XML, XSLT.
• Knowledge of Personal, Injury & Commercial Insurance products is highly valued.
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle for P&C insurance software.

Key Capabilities/Technical Competencies:
• In-depth understanding of P&C insurance E2E Policy & Billing lifecycles and associated components.
• Extensive experience with integrations.
• Proficiency with DC Anywhere APIs, ViewModel architecture, MVVM architecture.
• Familiarity with downstream data and DC insights/clarity implementation.
• Experience with tools like SOAPUI, Postman for 3rd party endpoint connections and testing with DC.
• Ability to make configuration changes in Duck Creek.
• Proactive approach in designing solutions, considering future changes.
• Drive practice and process improvements and governance of DC Policy Platform delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with application architects and solution architects, providing insights into critical development, testing, and automation considerations.
• Lead or oversee changes to critical/complex core and specialist components of DCOD.
• Proficient use of Duck Creek tools such as Author, Server, Express, Manuscripts, Transact, Rules, and debugging tools (TSV Debugger, Trace monitor, Data Tester) for identifying and rectifying complex system defects.
