Senior Solution Designer - Banking Technology
Lead the design and delivery of innovative banking solutions.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Solution Designer to lead a team of developers and DevOps professionals in the design, development, and implementation of critical banking solutions. You will leverage your expertise in Java, React, Node.js, and API migrations to deliver secure, scalable customer centric products.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the design and development lifecycle for complex banking solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Design and implement solutions utilizing Java, React, Node.js, and API technologies.
  • Oversee the work of developers and DevOps professionals, ensuring project timelines and quality are met.
  • Champion best practices in software development methodologies and agile practices.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Designer or similar role ideally in the financial services sector
  • Proven experience in leading and managing technical projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Java, React, Node.js, and API development.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile preferred).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
