IMMEDIATE - Senior Cost Estimator  - 6 months - AUD 850 - 1000 ex super - NSW Govt Water Project
Role Title                                         :  Senior Electrical Estimator + Senior Mechanical Cost Estimator
Initial contract             :   6 months
Working                     :   Hybrid ( 2-3 days in office )
Location                     :   PARRAMATTA
 
MUST HAVE  : Electrical Estimator / Mechanical Estimator / Construction site working and construction logistics / environments under strict HS&E codes / best practice in cost estimation
 
Overview
Electrical Estimator / Mechanical Estimator
-The purpose of the position is to provide project electrical cost estimation services  
-The purpose of the position is to provide project mechanical cost estimation services  

Primary Skills :-
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an estimator in the construction field
- Demonstrable experience in the water industry or other highly regulated industry desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of best industry practices and standards.
- Demonstrable experience of construction site working and construction logistics.
- Experience of working in highly regulated environments under strict HS&E codes
- Experience in research, proposal writing, and oral presentation to senior management, regulatory bodies and agencies.
- Proven business acumen and experience in driving innovation and best practice in cost estimation
