The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of Large Corporate ISR Accounts, circa $800k income with the support of client executives.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the role, including relationship management, placement, and services within the team
  • Work with Head of General Insurance Broking on new business strategies
  • Build strong relationships with Insurers and the broader market
  • Work with other Divisions to provide a combined client approach
  • Professional and courteous interactions with clients and the provision of a level of service and market results that exceed their expectations
  • Advising clients on significant risks recommended areas of improvement and managing to a satisfactory conclusion

The Successful Candidate

  • Substantial experience managing corporate clients
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive
  • Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • A high degree of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive
  • Collaboration with Key stakeholders within the business to facilitate excellent portfolio management
